health. Balancing free radicals to fight cell and tissue destruction, helping the body resist
infection in case of illness, holding new cells jointly for both the expectant
mother and infant, repairing inner-body's harm, and forming collagen that
provides structure to bones, muscle, and blood vessels (Hareyan: 2005: 1).
